From our first encounter with Manager Derick doing the bid, to Dorian and Raymundo working hard and achieving unbelievably great results, we couldn't be happier with their services.

Communication, timeliness, courtesy, professionalism, and skill — they were almost a pleasure to have in our home. They took care to protect our home and achieved simply stunning transformations to basically 2 and a half bathrooms.

This is a serious investment in upgrading your home. Poorly done repairs and lack of maintenance over decades meant there were incredible challenges to restoring our bathrooms. Ray was there from beginning to end and went the extra mile to ensure our job was completed to perfection.

We decided to use Sir Grout South Sound on the recommendation of a neighbor. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the end result. Dorian did a great job with the restoration of our master shower grout. The condition of the grout and the intricacies of the tile pattern made the job tough, but he was more than up for the task. We wouldn't hesitate to use Sir Grout South Sound again.

Sir Grout did a fantastic job! The communication was excellent the entire process. The finished product literally looks like new, and this tile countertop is 22 years old. I was considering a full countertop replacement, and I am so glad I called Sir Grout instead.
