Ray did an incredible job restoring the porcelain tiles in our walk-in shower. He successfully removed all of the haze and brought the tiles back to life (I had accidentally stripped the seal using the wrong cleaner). We appreciated how respectful he was of our space, making sure to protect the floor from his equipment and taking his shoes off at the door. We are so happy with the results and can't recommend Sir Grout enough.

Dorian and Ray were there to clean, refresh and reseal all our kitchen counter tile grout, master bathroom shower grout, and replace a broken tile in shower. They were on time, polite and professional. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also found two other shower tiles that were damaged, which they replaced with no add on to the original quote. Lastly, their quote was also the most competitive. My wife and I highly recommend.

We had the tiles and grout in our shower cleaned. A bad DIY project left the grout in bad shape. Joey from Sir Grout came out and fixed my mistakes and made it look like new. He was prompt, polite and got the job done well and efficiently. Joey got a 2-day job done in a day and a half. The quality of the work shows, and we are very appreciative.
We had a fantastic experience with Sir Grout! The estimator, Derrick, showed up on time (even sent a text letting me know how far out he was to arriving). He was very helpful and set realistic goals as to what they could achieve given the sorry state of our shower tiles. Truth is, they exceeded our expectations!
