I came to visit my parents for Thanksgiving since the whole family will be coming to their home for the holiday. Their kitchen floor needed some cleaning! Had Russ come to my home to take a look at my old tile with missing grout. The price was exceptionally reasonable, so I agreed to have them do the work. Russ explained what I should expect and what I needed to do to prepare for the project. Russ really made me feel at ease, was very knowledgeable and professional. I really trusted him. I had the work done a few days ago by one of their professionals by the name of Mason. He was super kind and was very respectful of my property. Everything, I mean everything was taped off and protected! Mason was very knowledgeable as well, and gave me some pointers to how to spruce up my kitchen sink. After cleaning my kitchen countertops, he then steam cleaned the grout, then touched everything up and filled in all the areas missing grout. My gosh! I can't believe the before and after! It looks brand new! He even left me with some cleaner that is safe to use on the sealant that he used. He was super friendly and when he was done you couldn't even tell he had been there! If you are even considering this type of work, I'm telling you, give these guys a try, just have them out for an estimate, you'll be surprised!
