Dorian and Ray do excellent work! They came on time and did everything we had requested perfectly. Our tile shower floor and walls are immaculate, like new! Our vanity backsplash was re-caulked with the correct flexible caulk after consulting with us on the perfect color. They cleaned up after themselves and worked in their socks since we have hardwood floors. We will certainly use them again!
In a day when I feel customer service is dying, or maybe it's just that it's so bad everywhere that we don't even recognize it anymore. Not the case with Sir Grout. In my opinion, it's the little things that make great customer service. Nothing but the best here. A few words come to mind.
