Dorian came to our condo, and it was an absolute pleasure to have him. This young man worked hard, and that's not a common ethic these days. Yet, if there were questions, he would stop and address us like nothing or nobody else on the planet was more important. Dorian and Ray do excellent work! They came on time and did everything we had requested perfectly. Our tile shower floor and walls are immaculate, like new! Our vanity backsplash was re-caulked with the correct flexible caulk after consulting with us on the perfect color. They cleaned up after themselves and worked in their socks since we have hardwood floors. We will certainly use them again!

In a day when I feel customer service is dying, or maybe it's just that it's so bad everywhere that we don't even recognize it anymore. Not the case with Sir Grout. In my opinion, it's the little things that make great customer service. Nothing but the best here. A few words come to mind. Fast, friendly, very responsive, excellent follow-up and follow-through, they explain the process and what they can and cannot do. Derick and Ray are amazing! Please tell them I said thank you again. I was told the bathroom remodel was around 10k. But I found Sir Grout and was able to save my bathroom without spending a fortune. Ray does a profession job restoring our shower grout lines. I recommend this company.

Ray did a fantastic job re-grouting and sealing our MBR shower. He was very professional and did a great job protecting our tile floors and cleaning up once his work was completed. We would definitely hire this company again based on our positive experience.

My kitchen quartz countertops were only 2 years old when I bought my condo. The previous owner apparently was unaware of the importance of proper frequent cleaning and appropriate products. There were superficial surface inconsistencies that appeared to be from food oils which had not been adequately cleaned.

Derick came the next day after I called asking for help to correct the problem. He explained what the work would be and the issues that may occur — it may not be perfectly like new. I asked if it could be scheduled within a week, and they got me scheduled right away.

Ray came the following Tuesday. He explained what needed to be done and took pains to make sure everything in or near the work area was well protected. During the process to restore the finish, he checked with me frequently to ensure the progress was satisfactory. I am thrilled, it's not perfect — it is a huge improvement — and I am very pleased. Derick and Ray were very professional, very considerate, and very capable! The woman doing the scheduling was equally professional and considerate.

I would recommend this team for any project, large — small, much more complicated than mine in a heartbeat. Thank you all — I'm a happy customer!
